Plastic toy injection process

Plastic toys are commonly manufactured using injection molding, a method that involves the stirring of hot melt plastic by a screw at a specific temperature. The molten plastic is then injected into a mold cavity under high pressure. Once the plastic cools and solidifies, the finished product is obtained. This injection molding technique is capable of producing high-precision, large-scale injection parts without the need for extensive trial modes or repeated adjustments. It is particularly suited for mass production of complex-shaped parts, offering high production speed and efficiency. Moreover, it allows for a wide variety of products with search and modification options spanning from simple to complex, and sizes ranging from small to large.

4 steps for Plastic toy production process

The toy material will be charged by an screw and heating in the barrel.

Step2：Mold clamping

The melt material will be injection into mold, by an high pressure.
