When the automatic alarm occurs in the equipment, the operator needs to withdraw from the scope of the equipment and switch to the “manual” state.
In case of an emergency such as a personal accident or abnormal noise of the equipment mould, you need to press the stop button immediately and seek help from others.
In the process of running the machine, we should pay special attention to avoid extending any part of the body into the closed safety door. And the safety door should be opened before going deep into the mould.

and cut off the power supply of motor and heating elements.

Maintenance
Operators should pay attention to the operation of the machine. In case of emergency, you should immediately press the emergency stop button on the computer panel and then turn off the main power supply. The oil pump motor must not be restarted until the fault has been rectified.
If the motor, oil pump, or bearing fails, abnormal sounds will occur.
The motor may emit odor due to overload, blocked ventilation, burned electric heating coil, plastic in the barrel, etc.
Check the lubrication system and oil pipes.

Barrel cover
