The raw materials HDPE or PP are fed into the bucket making machine through a hopper, and plastic materials in the barrel. After heating the plastic material to the desired temperature, the hot plastic (liquid) leaves the heating chamber through a nozzle and reaches the bucket mold cavity (in the shape of the bucket you need). the molten plastic is then injected into a mould where it is clamped under injection pressure. The mold is kept closed for a specific cooling time to allow the plastic to solidify and form the shape of the bucket. Once the plastic has cooled, the plastic hardened solidified, the mould is opened and the newly formed plastic bucket is ejected out of the mould.
Printing and labeling
If the plastic bucket requires labeling, brand identification, or other information, this step involves screen printing or attaching the label to the bucket.
